This company was born in 2013, buying quality sites off banks for both development and turnaround through rapid and intense asset management. The company has assembled a very strong management team and now has three divisions: New Homes – with a business plan to achieve 1,000 house sales per year, Commercial – which manages seven commercial assets with a value of £60m and Development – which completes student projects and smaller residential projects. As at July 2020 the company has completed projects in excess of £250m GDV.
